BMW 2015 4 Series

An issue with the airbags on the 4 Series convertible has advanced BMW and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to issue a review for approximately 2,000 vehicles over the United States.

The issue, as indicated by the notification underneath, identifies with the driver's side front airbag, whose timing for organization may be off. Furthermore, if the airbag doesn't convey at the ideal time in the occasion of a crash, that is more inclined to result in a harm.

Thus, BMW of North America is bringing in 2,067 vehicles – particularly the 428i, 428i xDrive, 435i and 435i xDrive convertibles of the 2015 model year and produced between October 22, 2014, and February 27, 2015. Those units will essentially need to have the product in the airbag control module reset, and will start undertaking that process in April.
